Introduction

This policy explains your return options, how to initiate a return, and how refunds are issued for purchases made on mirenthova.com.

Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or were damaged after delivery do not qualify.

Regarding glass vases, ceramic pieces, and silk flower arrangements: please check your order promptly upon receipt. Color differences from online photos due to monitor calibration or ambient lighting are a normal product characteristic and do not qualify as a defect.

How to Initiate a Return

Do not return any item without prior authorization. Before sending anything back, contact us at info@mirenthova.com to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the designated return address.

To ensure your return is processed efficiently and your refund is issued without delay, please use the provided RMA numbers and shipping labels as instructed. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be immediately identifiable by our warehouse team, which could result in significant delays in processing your refund.

When writing in, please include the following in your email:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrect items (error on our part): We cover return shipping costs.
• Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items. Mirenthova is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees. $0.00 Restocking Fee on all eligible returns.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received at our returns address, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After processing is complete, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post the refund within 2-12 business days from the date the refund is initiated. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting info@mirenthova.com with your order number. After this window, the order may have already entered processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Mirenthova reserves the right to decline returns on items that appear used, altered, or swapped from their original shipped condition. We keep records of all orders and retain the right to deny refunds where misuse of our return policy is suspected.
