Time Formula:
Order Processing Time + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery
Orders placed before 3:00 PM MST on weekdays begin processing the same day. Orders submitted after the cutoff, on weekends, or on Federal holidays begin processing on the following weekday.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address on file. Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after the shipment has been handed off to the carrier.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will carry its own tracking number, included in your shipping confirmation email.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Carrier assignment is determined at the time of shipment based on your delivery location and package specifications.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Mirenthova is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional carrier fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
